Refund & Return Policy
If a jar isn't right, we'll make it right. Food safety rules limit what we can accept back, so please read the details below.
Unopened jars
Return within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the seal is intact and packaging is undamaged.
Quality issues
Damaged, leaking or off-aroma jars are replaced free. Share a photo and your batch number within 48 hours of delivery.
How refunds are issued
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return. COD orders are refunded by bank transfer.
Not eligible
Opened jars without a quality defect, combo boxes with individual jars opened, and orders returned after 7 days.
